FIDICONT S.r.l. was incorporated on 24/12/1986 among the associates of Studio Boidi, a professional association of chartered accountants, and has as its corporate purpose the execution for third parties of all registration and data processing operations related to the keeping of documents and accounting records. The company is also specialized in accounting assistance and management of the entire active and passive cycle of electronic invoicing. It offers their customers cloud solutions to support their business at 360 °.
The activity is aimed to companies and other economic operators, clients of Studio Boidi on what concerns tax and corporate consultancy.
The Company is now ruled by a Board of Directors made by three members, all chartered accountants: Fabio Pasquini as Chairman, Massimo Boidi as Managing Director e Marzia Nicelli Director.
