Born January 7th, 1988, he graduated from high school in 2006 at Giusti High School. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics at the University of Turin in November 2010, with a 90/110 mark and a thesis on Corporate Law “From accounting control to the statutory audit of accounts” (Prof. Giuseppe Di Chio), while in 2012 he obtained a master’s degree in Accounting Professions at the same University, with a score of 104/110, with a research thesis on IAS / IFRS and correlation of Corporate Law “Trademarks in IFRS: examination of concrete cases” (Prof. Maura Campra, correlators Prof. Giuseppe Di Chio and Dott. Daniele Cattaruzzi). Qualified as a chartered accountant since 24th October 2014, registered in the Order of Turin at no. 3900, he is also registered in the Register of Legal Auditors at n. 173519 (G.U. n. 86 of 04/11/2014). From 1st January 2019 he is a lecturer in Commercial Law at the University of Turin – Department of Management. He collaborates with the Studio Boidi & Partners, first as a trainee since 2010, and later as a professional since 2014, where he carries out his activity mainly in the field of tax and corporate consultancy, both national and international. Since July 2020 he holds the position of Associate. As part of his consulting activity, he consolidated his experience in foreign asset management, in their regularization in Italy and in GDPR privacy consultancy. He holds the office of Auditor in limited companies. Member of the Focus Group of the Order of Turin of Chartered Accountants “Electronic Invoice and Digital Transformation”. Member of the Study Commissions at the National Union of Young Accountants and Accounting Experts “Professional and Professional Studies” and “Board of Auditors”. He has been a speaker at several conference on tax, corporate, ICT and privacy topics. He collaborates with the School Piccatti – Milanese of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin in the qualification exam preparation, with the status of Sherpa since 2014. Member of the Union of Young Chartered Accountants of Turin for the three-year period 2016 – 2019, currently he holds the office of Secretary for the three-year period 2019 – 2021. From 2017, he is ANREV delegate in the Youth Council of Confprofessioni.
