Born February 7th, 1973, she graduated with honours from the University of Turin – Faculty of Economics in 1997. Qualified as a chartered accountant in Turin since 24/02/2004 and registered in the Register of Legal Auditors with DM 13/10/2004 (G.U. n. 86 of 10/29/2004). Professional at the Studio Boidi & Partners since 2004, she mainly deals with tax consultancy and contractual and corporate assistance, in the context of ordinary and extraordinary transactions, for corporations operating in particular in the real estate and services sector, also being part of multinational groups, consulting for non-profit entities and tax advice for individuals. She holds the position of member of the Board of Statutory Auditors in Entities and Companies, gaining experience in companies listed on the MTA segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, in the instrumental Entities of the Compagnia di San Paolo and in controlled companies of Finpiemonte SpA. She has collaborated with the University of Turin – Faculty of Economics. She is entitled to assist taxpayers in tax litigations.
