Michela Boidi

Born on October 19th, 1990, she graduated from high school with a linguistic, legal and economic orientation in 2009 at Collegio San Giuseppe in Turin. She obtained her master’s degree in Accounting Professions at the University of Turin, in July 2014, with a mark of 110/110 with honors. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant since November 14th, 2016, enrolled in the Order of Turin, she is also registered in the Register of Legal Auditors (GU No. 2 dated 10/01/2017). Since 1st January 2019 she has been a lecturer in Commercial Law at the University of Turin – Department of Management.

She has collaborated with Studio Boidi & Partners since 2013, firstly as a trainee, and later, from 2016, as a professional, where she carries out her activity mainly in the field of tax and corporate consultancy, both national and international. Since July 2020 she has held the position of Associate. As part of the consultancy activity provided, she gained her experience with agricultural companies, innovative start-ups and in the preparation of financial statements, including consolidated financial statements. She holds the office of Auditor in limited companies. She is also Referent of the Working Group of the Order of Turin of Chartered Accountants “Anti money-laundering”. She is President of the Study Commission at the National Union of Young Accountants and Accounting Experts “Board of Auditors”. Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Young Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin for the three-year period 2022 – 2025. She regularly speaks at conferences on tax, corporate, OIC and anti money-laundering topics. She collaborates with the School Piccatti – Milanese of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin in the qualification exam preparation, with the title of Sherpa from 2016 and speaker on the subject of anti money-laundering. She was Vice President of the Regional Youth Council of Piedmont from November 2014 to May 2019. She is a fluent speaker of both English and French.
