Massimo Boidi

Professional accountant – auditor – technical advisor to the Judge

Massimo Boidi is qualified as a chartered accountant since 18 March 1981 and legally enrolled at the Register of Auditors with DM of 12th April 1995 (G.U. 31-bis of 21th April 1995), as already on the Register of Accountants.

He has been Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Economics of University of Turin in “Legal Aspects, tax and ruling” in the Master’s Degree Course in Private Banking for the year 2010-2011.

Since 1980 he also works with the Institute of Economic Law, still at the Faculty of Economics, where he is currently visiting lecturer in Commercial Law.

He is a Board member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin-Ivrea and Pinerolo from 2013 to 2016.

He is member of the Commission “Corporate Law” at the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, where he is Chairman of the project group “Controls in limited liability companies”

He is co-coordinator of the “Working Group 231″ at the Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin-Ivrea-Pinerolo, whereby he edited both the E-Book edition 6/2011, during the live MAP of 22nd September 2011, both the manual release “Organizational Model D. Lgs. n. 231 and Supervisory Board”, Eutekne 2013.

He stands as representative Councillor of the “Corporate Controls” at the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Turin-Ivrea and Pinerolo.

He is Chairman of the Board of Directors since April 2013 of “Synergia Consulting Group Srl”, a professional alliance of 15 of the most important Italian accounting office, located throughout the country, belonging to the global network “Baker Tilly International”.

Professionally, he mostly works in the field of taxation and corporate affairs, both nationally and internationally, serving in many societies the position of President of the Board of Auditors or Auditor (among them there are the companies of Basic Net Group, whose holding is currently listed on the Italian MTA; ITW Italy Holding Srl and ITW Lys Fusion Srl, belonging to multinational Group ITW-Illinois Tool Work Inc, listed on NYSE; the multinational group Dytech-Dynamic Fluid Technologies SpA (now owned by the Japanese group Sumitomo Riko Company Ltd., listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange); GJP Srl part of Gucci Group (belonging to Kering Group, listed on Paris Stock Exchange); Suzuki Italy SpA; Casco Imos Ltd, by Sequa Group, listed on the NYSE; Autoliv Italia SpA, part of Swedish multinational group Autoliv Inc.; as well as inDB Schenker Rail Italia Srl, a joint venture of Deutsche Bahn AG – Berlin and Ferrovie Nord Milano SpA.

In the latter, in Dytech-Dynamic Fluid Technologies SpA and in ITW Specialty Films Srl he also stands as a member of the Supervisory Board, as in D. Lgs. n. 231.

He is independent advisor of Nuovi Investimenti SIM SpA of Intek Group, listed on the Milan stock exchange.

He also cooperates with specialized journals, publishing articles on taxation or civil law, with regard to administrative liability of companies and entities.

In the same area he has been a speaker at several conferences and study days.

He is Vice-President of Assofiduciaria, trade associations of Italian fiduciaries.

That office drifts from the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Torino Fiduciaria – Fiditor srl” based in Turin, office held from 23rd June 1982.

He held the office of auditor in the “Torino Calcio SpA” from 1982 to 1987, later becoming advisor until 1992 and then maintaining specific expertise in the field of football clubs and in the law n. 91 of 1981.

In 1997 he was also a professor in training of sport directors at the Technical Center FIGC in Coverciano, and for two years at the same course organized by the Faculty of Law of University of Salerno.

On 10th July 1991 he was appointed Technical Consultant at the Court of Turin and entered in the relevant register.

Since June 1998, he is part of the “Enrico Gustarelli’s Study Group for corporate taxation” at the Bocconi University of Milan, in which he actually holds the position of Vice-President.

Since July 2007 he is member of the Editorial Board of MAP (Professional Development Modules), an Association that attends Continuous Professional Training for members of the Accountants and Accounting Experts Orders nationwide.

Since March 2011 he works with “Reteconomy”, channel 816 on Sky, dedicated to various issues in economics.

In recent years he has also served as technical adviser to the PM and the Judge.
